Standing-Seam Mansard Re-Roof
A mid-century brownstone on the park side of Windsor Terrace. The original asphalt-over-slate was failing at every valley. We stripped to the deck, installed a floating-clip substrate, and ran 400mm-wide VMZINC panels in a continuous wrap from ridge to fascia.

Facade Cladding — UWS Townhouse
Architect-specified Rheinzink Classic for a six-story Upper West Side renovation. Panels cut on-site using a portable Pittsburgh lock seamer, with custom reveals at each floor line to match the original limestone coursing. LPC approval required.

Flat Roof + Parapet Flashing System
A Park Slope GC came to us after two EPDM failures in five years. We installed a VMZINC pre-weathered flat-lock system with mechanically-seamed parapet caps and soldered internal corners. Thermal expansion accounted for in every run.
