A mid-century brownstone on the park side of Windsor Terrace. The original asphalt-over-slate was failing at every valley. We stripped to the deck, installed a floating-clip substrate, and ran 400mm-wide VMZINC panels in a continuous wrap from ridge to fascia.

// About the Crew
We started in 2009 with three guys, a Pittsburgh lock seamer, and a standing order of VMZINC Natural from our supplier in Secaucus. Fifteen years later we're still the same crew — just with 340 roofs behind us and a waiting list that tells us we're doing something right.
